Terms of Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CLOUD DOCK TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the Cloud Dock TV APK on a compatible hardware device that you own or control.

This license is specifically for your personal, non-commercial use of the Cloud Dock TV platform. Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security protocols of the software is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

Cloud Dock TV is a gateway interface. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary legal rights to all content accessed, streamed, or managed via the platform and your respective cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or Private S3).

Cloud Dock TV does not host, provide, or index any media content. You are solely responsible for compliance with copyright laws and the terms of service of your specific cloud storage providers. We do not monitor user-accessible content and assume no liability for the nature of the data stored within your cloud containers.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Cloud Dock TV platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or uninstall the APK from your hardware devices.
